Common questions

What's the general hiring process?
The process typically includes resume screening, a few rounds of technical interviews (coding test, system design, or role-specific assessment), and a final interview with the hiring manager. End-to-end it usually takes 2–4 weeks.
What should I prepare for the interview?
It depends on the role. Software engineers should expect coding and system design rounds. Hardware roles often involve domain knowledge deep-dives. I'll brief you on what to expect once we connect.
Can candidates outside of Taiwan apply?
Most of our open roles are targeting Taiwan-based talent, but I'm always happy to connect if you're open to relocating. Relocation support and work visa assistance are available for eligible roles.
